Vicmarc Faceplate Ring
Vicmarc V00400 Faceplate Ring 70mm
These can be used instead of the traditional faceplate. They allow remounting of prepared blanks by mounting directly onto the chuck jaws. Also can be used for turning green wood which will require re-turning later on. Fit standard jaws supplied on chuck. Use the Jaw Range chart to select compatible jaws.
The 70mm Face Plate Ring is best suited to the VM90/100 Standard Jaw used in expansion mode.
The 120mm Face Plate Ring is best suited to the VM90/100 100mm Dovetail Jaws and VM90/100 Step Jaws in expansion mode.
The 90mm Face Plate Ring is best suited to the VM120/140/150 Standard Jaw used in expansion mode.
The 150mm Face Plate Ring is best suited to the VM120/140/150 128mm Dovetail Jaw in expansion mode.
They come in 4 sizes 70mm, 90mm, 120mm & 150mm.
