All freight is allocated to the best way possible either Australia Post, Fastway or StarTrack.
We post the majority of items in Victoria via Standard Australia Post other states are more practicle to go Express post due to Australia Post's new format.
Unless you have your own courier that you prefer to use. These costs will be added to the invoice once determined cheapest and easiest way.
Unlike other businesses we do not charge your card till we actually process the order in-store.
We accept American Express, JCB, Mastercard or Visa. Direct deposit to our account prior to the delivery of goods.
When an item is out of stock we will notify you and advise you of a possible delivery date. We will then send it to you at the later date or cancel the order at your request.
Bulky / Heavy Items
When checking out with bulky items, shipping costs will be calculated after your order has been placed. Once you agree to our best freight quotation via email or phone, only then will your credit card be charged in full.
When an item is marked as pre-order we need time to order from our suppliers. Please allow 3-4 weeks for pre-order items to be delivered.
Refunds & Returns
We will gladly refund or exchange faulty goods as long as they are returned within 30 days and in original condition. Please advise us prior to sending the goods back and what your complaint is. We may be able to remedy the problem over the phone.
