Carbatec Forstner Bit Extension EXTN-1

Forstner Bit Extension.

This extension bar allows you to extend the shaft of your forstner or sawtooth bit for deep drillings operations. The extension is 160mm long, 18mm in diameter and suits all metric and imperial forstner style and sawtooth bits that are 19mm diameter or more.

Extends bits by 160mm, and suits Forstner style bits with 8mm, 5/16", 3/8" or 10mm shanks.

If required, they can be joined as shown to drill to greater depths. We recommend joining no more than two (so increasing the drilling depth by 320mm) and where possible to use in a drill press.
