1. drill snug hole to suit chosen hinge

2. remove small screws in each half of the hinge

3. insert hinges in drilled holes, no need for glue ridges on hinge walls,

    help to hold hinges in place

4. when hinges are in position, replace small screws in hinges and this will 

    espand hinges a fraction
