Green Rouge Polishing/ Stropping Compound

Green Jeweler's Rouge

A very dry compound made with green chromium oxide powder.

Used in the jewelry trade for extremely fine color buffing jobs on all classes of metals.

To a mirror bright finish and to remove light "metal fuzz" or lap lines without disturbing the essential dimensions of the work.

The green rouge can be used on a leather stropping stick or on the Stitched polishing mops.

This compound is micro fine with a 0.5 micron particle size and will produce an edge equivalent to 60,000 grit. Chromium Oxide (Cr2O3) is a superfine, polycrystalline abrasive, it is the mineral that gives green polishing compound it's color.
